LGBTQIA+ Young Adult Group
A Space to Connect, Belong, and Build Community
Navigating early adulthood, identity, relationships, and major life transitions is easier when you don't have to do it alone. Anchor Point’s LGBTQIA+ Young Adult Group provides an affirmative, low-pressure community where emerging adults can express themselves authentically, build meaningful peer networks, and develop practical self-advocacy and coping skills.
Upcoming Group
Our groups skip the traditional, static sit-and-talk therapy dynamic. Instead, we blend interactive skill-building, collaborative group challenges, and creative projects with grounded, real-world dialogue.
